Terms of Service

The contract. Short as we can make it without lying. Payments go through Whop. We do not promise Google or ChatGPT will love you.

The agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the contract between you and SilverArk Media (“we”, “us”), the operator of SuperSEO.sh at https://superseo.sh.

By scanning a site, creating an account, clicking sign in, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SuperSEO.sh for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Consumers in the EEA, UK, or similar places keep the mandatory rights the law does not let us waive. Nothing here is meant to take those away.

The service

SuperSEO.sh is software for SEO and AI visibility. It can audit a site, watch speed and indexing, track keywords, check whether AI crawlers can read you, generate llms.txt drafts, run mention checks, and hand you copy-paste prompts to fix issues.

We also offer a free 30-second scan on the homepage. The scan is the teaser. The dashboard is the product.

We may change features, limits, copy, and checks. We may add or remove integrations. We will not quietly turn a paid plan into a brick without notice, but we do not freeze the product in amber.

SuperSEO.sh is not a law firm, not an SEO agency, and not Google or OpenAI. Prompts, scores, and findings are tools. You decide what to ship.

Accounts

You need an account for the dashboard. Sign-in is email magic link or Google or X. No passwords.

You must give a real email you control. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think it was stolen.

You must be at least 16, and old enough to contract in your country. The product is for people running websites, not for children.

One human, one account, unless a Scale (or similar) plan is clearly meant for an agency workload. Do not share logins. Do not scrape the app to resell raw data as if you were us.

Scans and public sites

The free scan fetches publicly reachable URLs you submit: robots.txt, /llms.txt, titles, and similar. We store the result and may email a report if you give us an address.

You confirm the URL is a public website and that using our crawler on it is lawful. Do not point the scan at addresses you have no right to probe, at internal networks, or at anything designed to harm a host. We block non-public targets and we rate-limit. Circumventing that is a breach of these Terms.

Report links use a slug and a key. Treat full-report URLs as sensitive. We do not guarantee they stay secret forever. Do not use SuperSEO.sh to publish someone else’s security mess as a stunt.

Homepage FAQ energy still holds: the scan is free. No card. We may still refuse, throttle, or discontinue the free scan if it is abused.

Your sites and data

You retain whatever rights you already have in your sites, content, and trademarks. You grant us a limited licence to fetch, store, analyse, and display that material inside SuperSEO.sh so we can provide the service — crawls, screenshots of dashboard widgets, scores, prompts, alerts, digests.

You are responsible for the sites you add: that you may operate them, that connecting Google Search Console or other tools is allowed, and that the content is legal.

We do not claim ownership of your copy-paste prompts’ underlying issues. The prompt text SuperSEO.sh generates is licensed to you to use for your own sites. Do not resell our prompt templates as a competing product.

Integrations

Optional connections (Search Console, GA4, DataFast, Bing, Yandex, and others) are on your instruction. You authorise us to retrieve and store data from those APIs for the connected project. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnect stops new pulls. Provider outages are not our breach.

Google and other providers have their own terms. If they revoke access, the integration dies. That is not a SuperSEO.sh refund event by itself.

AI features

GEO checks, llms.txt drafts, mention tracking, and fix prompts may call third-party models (via OpenRouter and similar). Prompts you configure, public page text we fetched, and short excerpts can be sent to those providers so the feature works. Their terms apply to that hop.

Models hallucinate. A “mentioned in 4/10 answers” chart is a sample, not a census of the internet. A fix prompt can be wrong for your stack. You review before you paste.

We do not use your private integration data to train our own foundation model. Third-party model providers have their own training policies; we pick vendors and settings that match a production product, not a “train on everything” toy, but we cannot rewrite their terms.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law or traffic in illegal content;
  • use scans, crawls, or IndexNow in a way that degrades someone else’s service (including ours);
  • probe, overload, or reverse engineer SuperSEO.sh except as allowed by mandatory law;
  • bypass plan limits, rate limits, or paywalls;
  • resell raw access to the API or dashboard without a written deal with us;
  • impersonate SuperSEO.sh, phish our users, or mine the waitlist / scan-lead list;
  • upload malware, or use the product to find targets for attacks and then attack them.

Fair use still applies on Lifetime and high-limit plans. If one account is eating the crawl budget of a small country, we will talk, then we will cap.

Plans and billing

Prices on /pricing are the public prices. Indie, Growth, Scale, and Lifetime. Same price for everyone. We do not do “talk to sales.”

All payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card. Whop’s terms apply to checkout, payment methods, taxes Whop collects, and the customer portal. Start here: whop.com/terms.

Monthly plans renew until you cancel in the Whop portal. Lifetime is one payment for Scale-class limits for as long as we reasonably operate SuperSEO.sh as a product — not a promise that a specific server process runs in perpetuity, and not a licence to abuse the crawler.

Plan limits (sites, keywords, pages per scan, crawl frequency, LLM checks, history) are part of the deal. Hitting a limit is not a defect.

Cancel anytime in Whop. After a 3-day grace period a lapsed paid account goes read-only. We keep project data for 90 days, then purge it, unless you delete sooner. A deleted site stays with that account for those 90 days and cannot be added to another account. Deleting the account from SuperSEO.sh does not by itself cancel a Whop membership — cancel there too, or it may keep billing.

Refunds, if any, are handled through Whop and applicable law. EEA/UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. If you ask us to start the paid digital service immediately (you sign in and use the dashboard), you agree the service has begun; the withdrawal right may not apply once the service is fully performed, to the extent the law allows that waiver.

We may change prices for future terms. We will not claw back a month you already paid. Lifetime purchasers are not immune to a product shutting down, but we will not invent a surprise monthly fee on top of a Lifetime we already sold.

Intellectual property

SuperSEO.sh, the wordmark, the dashboard, the scan copy, the issue taxonomies, and the software are ours (or our licensors’). You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product while these Terms apply.

Feedback is welcome. If you send ideas, we can use them without owing you a cheque.

Public pages on superseo.sh (marketing, blog) are ours. Do not copy the site as a competing product. Quoting a sentence with attribution is fine. Scraping the whole blog to train a clone is not.

No ranking promises

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows.

We do not warrant that you will rank on Google, that ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity will cite you, that scores are complete, that crawls find every issue, that IndexNow will be honoured, or that a paste-the-prompt fix is correct for your codebase. SEO and GEO move. Vendors change bots. Models change answers.

We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime. We will try not to be sloppy.

Some places do not allow these disclaimers. In those places, they apply only as far as they can.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverArk Media and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost citations, lost data, or replacement costs, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to SuperSEO.sh is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for SuperSEO.sh in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. For Lifetime, (a) is the Lifetime price you paid.

These caps do not apply to liability that the law says we cannot limit (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded, or fraud).

If you are a consumer, you keep rights the law will not let us limit. This section is meant to allocate risk for a cheap, self-serve SEO tool — not to trick you.

Indemnity

If you are using SuperSEO.sh in a business capacity, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees that come from: your sites or content; a URL you told us to scan or crawl; your integrations; your misuse of the service; or your breach of these Terms. We will notify you if we can, and you will not settle a claim that binds us without our written OK.

Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails, if we are required to by law, or if the service is shutting down. We will try to email you first unless doing so would make an abuse situation worse.

You may stop anytime. Delete the account in SuperSEO.sh and cancel in Whop if you are paying. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Sections that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, billing already incurred, and governing law) survive.

Law and disputes

Email hello@superseo.sh first. Most things are a misconfigured robots.txt, not a lawsuit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SilverArk Media is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply if you are a consumer.

Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except that consumers may also sue in their home courts where the law requires it, and either party may seek injunctive relief where the harm is happening.

We do not currently run a mandatory arbitration clause. If that ever changes, it will not apply retroactively to a dispute we already know about.

Everything else

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for SuperSEO.sh. They replace prior terms for the same subject. If a court knocks out one clause, the rest stays. If we do not enforce a right once, we still have it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor that takes over the product.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the current version. Material changes get an email or a note on the site. If you keep using SuperSEO.sh after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not, stop and delete.

Headings are for reading, not for lawyering.
